Our insurance policy is simple: we accept any dental insurance where you are allowed to pick your own dental provider (a PPO plan).

While other offices are canceling their insurance contracts due to low reimbursements and increased paperwork, we are committed to supporting local business and the southern Oregon community by partnering with insurance companies used by Oregon State University (OSU), the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF), the Ashland Food Co-Op, Asante hospital, Federal employees and other prominent Ashland and Medford businesses. If your business' preferred insurance is not listed below, please let us know and we will look into it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept OHP, Jackson Care Connect or AllCare. Alternatively, many of our patients who have this type of insurance but are looking for higher quality care are willing to pay out-of-pocket or sign up for our own SmilePlan Membership Club.

We are happy to process and oversee insurance claims on behalf of our patients through any insurance provider. Please be aware we bill insurance as a courtesy and you are solely responsible for payment of dental services performed. Please call your insurance customer service number if you are unsure about your benefits.
